LIVE! Nitish Katara murder: Court upholds life sentences for Yadav brothers

The Delhi high court today, has upheld the life sentence in the Nitish Katara murder case. The three accused in the case had appealed to the HC challenging their conviction and imprisonment for life by a lower court.
The Delhi HC has upheld the life sentences for the brothers, Vikas and Vishal Yadav.

A bench of justices Gita Mittal and J R Midha had reserved the verdict on appeals of Vikas Yadav, son of UP politician D P Yadav, his cousin Vishal and Sukhdev on April 16 after final arguments.
