The quantum of punishment will be made via video conference. Which means Lalu Prasad Yadav will not have to be present in court on October 3.
Seven convicted have been sentenced today. The bail hearing of those sentenced to those who have received a sentencing of three years or less was heard today.

JD(U) MP Jagdish Sharma has also been convicted.
