Yes, money was paid to J-K ministers, but for social work: VK Singh

Former Army chief General VK Singh says that the allegation that he paid bribes to ministers in Jammu and Kashmir is wrong. "Yes, money was paid to the ministers not for personal use, but for social work and to take stone throwers off the streets. The Rs 1.19 crore was used to maintain peace in the state."

He says he has not made up his mind about joining politics.
