The Supreme Court has dismissed BJP leader Subramanian Swamy's curative petition against its verdict declining to make Finance Minister P Chidambaram a co-accused in the 2G spectrum allocation scam.

"We have gone through the curative petition and the relevant documents. In our opinion, no case is made out within the parameters indicated in the decision of this Court in Rupa Ashok Hurra Vs Ashok Hurra & Anr.... Hence, the curative petition is dismissed," a four-judge bench headed by Chief Justice P Sathasivam said.
