HC issues production warrants for death row rapists

The Delhi high court has issued production warrants to the four death row convicts in the December 16 gangrape-cum-murder case.

The four men had been awarded the death penalty by a special fast-track court for brutal gang rape and murder of a 23-year-old girl in a moving Delhi bus in December last year.
