NDTV reports: Bihar Chief Minister is delivering a lecture in Delhi on 'The Idea of India' at a function presided over by Minority Affairs Minister K Rahman Khan.Here is what he said."Today Muzaffarnagar, or before that Bhagalpur or Gujarat, such incidents are a blot. Constant vigil is the only way to prevent such incidents.'"

"You set up industry, the GDP will increase but how do people benefit? You have to be worried about health, education etc.To run the country, you have to take everyone along. At times you will have to wear a topi... at times a tilak," he said.
