UN chief to present Syria chemical report

UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon will present a report on the use of chemical weapons against civilians in Syria, by the regime of President Bashar al-Assad, to quell the ongoing civil war.

Ban has already confirmed that UN investigators have 'overwhelming' evidence that chemical weapons were used in an attack near Damascus.
