Why Advani didn't want a photographer at Modi meeting

From a correspondent in Delhi: It was a visibly moved Advani who met Narendra Modi, after the latter's appointment as the BJP's PM candidate, at his residence on Friday evening.

During the meeting, Modi handed over a bouquet of flowers to Advani and touched his feet to seek his blessings.Insiders say Advani had tears in his eyes.

While the proceedings were videographed, journalists and photographers were not allowed to witness the meeting.

Advani did not want Modi to have a photo opportunity with him, according to a source close to the party patriarch.
