So, Narendra Modi reaches the BJP HQ just after the Board decides on his candidature as PM. The formal announcement is to be made any time now. Modi is inside the HQ now. The only members who are absent in the 11 member Parliamentary Board is LK Advani and Atal Bihari Vajpayee, who keeps away from public meetings.
