Board of Control for Cricket in India has banned Shantakumaran for life for spot-fixing during IPL 2013. The other cricketers Ajit Chandila, Ankeet Chavan, and Amit Singh have been found guilty on multiple counts. Ankeet Chavan has also been given a life ban, while Amit Singh has been given a five-year ban.
