UP govt failed to take steps to quell riots: BJP

The BJP today charged the Samajwadi Party government in Uttar Pradesh with not taking appropriate steps to quell the communal riots in Muzaffarnagar and is trying to create fear in the minds of minorities by making baseless allegations against the party for votebank politics.
