Modi to give speech from 'Red Fort' today

Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi will address a rally in Ambikapur in Chhattisgarh on Saturday, in the run-up to assembly elections to be held in the state later this year.

The rally will be held from 3 pm, and is a part of Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh's state-wide "Vikas Yatra".

Modi will address participants from the ramparts of a replica of Delhi's Red Fort.

Ambikapur is located in the state's Sarguja District, and is about 250 kilometers from state capital Raipur.

On September 5, Modi said his main priority is to serve the people of Gujarat till 2017.
