100-km, nine-day long traffic jam in China

A 100-km long traffic jam on a highway in China has kept thousands of drivers and vehicles stranded for an unbelievable nine days.

And they may continue to be in a jam for the unforeseeable future, thanks to the vehicular log jam cuased by "insufficient traffic capacity caused by maintenance construction".
