Patna blasts toll 6; 4 suspects held

Vicky Nanjappa reports: The death toll in Patna serial blasts has gone up to six after one of the accused succumbed to his injuries. The police had apprehended four suspects, one of whom is in an extremely critical condition.

The second suspect, who was picked up from near Gandhi Maidan, was found in a critical condition. Some transcripts on him led the police to believe that he was connected with the blasts. 

The police now have three suspects in their custody and are jointly questioning them with the National Investigation Agency. 

A 8-member team of the NIA reached Patna on Sunday night and it will take over the probe today.
