No change possible in India with Biha's role in it: Modi @ Patna rally

Speaking at his first ever rally in Patna, Narendra Modi said, "Yeh maha rally nahi hai, yeh Bharat ki mahashakti ka anusthan hai."

He said that no change was possible in the country without Bihar's role in it.

Taking a dig at rival Nitish Kumar he said, "Barring some exceptions people of Bihar are not opportunistic."
