Attacking Rahul Gandhi, Modi says, "The BJP-led government in Madhya Pradesh has used funds wisely. But Rahul's Bundelkhand package has not worked for the people in UP; it was meant for the leaders not the people. The UPA-government is responsible for the poverty in this region. The time has come to pack away the Congress.

"The Congress, SP and BSP are looting Uttar Pradesh. UP politicians have pocketed all the funds meant for this region."
