BJP: Rahul is NOT PM or home minister, how can IB brief him?

BJP spokesperson Prakash Javdekar addressing a press meet in Srinagar slams Rahul Gandhi's statement that the ISI was hiring Muzaffarnagar riot victims, saying if there is proof, the government should act.

Rahul Gandhi was apparently briefed by the Intelligence Bureau on the alleged ISI recruitment drive. Javdekar questions the veracity of the claims saying how can the IB brief Gandhi, since he is neither the PM nor the home minister.
