Andhra CM writes to Prez, PM over Telangana

Andhra Chief Minister Kiran Reddy has written to President Pranab Mukherjee and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, requesting them to follow established practices and conventions in the state's bifurcation and the creation of Telangana.

Reddy has earlier openly voiced his protest against the creation of a separate state.
