Dr Singh addresses youth leaders in Beijing

Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh in his address at the Central Party School in Beijing spoke about Sino-Indian relations.

He said that after China, India has been the fastest growing major economy in the world, averaging a growth rate of 7 per cent per year over the past two decades and around 8 per cent per year during the past 10 years
