More bureaucrats under CBI scanner

Bureaucrats of a certain state government seem to be in a tight spot after the CBI sent a request for examining a senior woman IAS officer who may be involved in three major cases -- the 2G case, coal-gate and gas allocation. The IAS officer had served the PMO in a crucial position.

CBI legal wing has also prepared a detailed questionnaire for another Andhra cadre IAS officer -- J Sridhar Sarma -- a former Telecom Secretary and Chairman of TRAI. He will be questioned on a new case about a Malaysian telecom company.
