Cyclone Phailin inches closer, 90 km off Odisha coast

Met department's latest bulletin: Cyclone Phailin is 90 km off the coast of Gopalur in Odisha. It may hit with a wind speed of 200 to 220 kmph. Current observations of wind in Gopalur is 150 kmph. US forecasters have been over estimating the strength of the cyclone.
