Justice Ganguly to decide whether to quit as WBHRC chief
November 30, 2013  19:09
Accused by a young law intern of sexually harassing her, former judge of the Supreme Court Justice A K Ganguly today declined to say whether he would resign as chief of the West Bengal Human Rights Commission.

"I am not saying anything on this now," he said in reply to a question on whether he would quit the post, a demand made by Trinamool Congress leaders in the wake of the girl naming him as her tormentor.

"I have not yet decided anything. I have denied the allegations. I am shocked and shattered," Ganguly said about his future course of action.
