Tarun Tejpal's bail plea to be heard at 3.30 pm

The Delhi high court has deferred till 3.30 pm the hearing on Tarun Tejpal's anticipatory bail plea in the sexual assault case.

Tejpal, the founder of Tehelka magazine, has been accused of sexually assaulting a colleague at an event in Goa.

Tejpal had moved the high court seeking either anticipatory bail or transit bail "to enable him to approach the appropriate court for seeking the relief in accordance with the law".
