Mukul Roy silent on Kunal Ghosh's allegations

Trinamool Congress all-India general secretary Mukul Roy today said he would not comment on the allegation by suspended party MP Kunal Ghosh -- that he was being made a scapegoat in the Saradha scam -- saying 'nobody is above the law'.

"I am the senior-most member of the disciplinary committee of the party and he is a suspended member. How can I comment on what he says," Roy told reporters when asked about Ghosh's claim that he was being made a scapegoat in the scam.
