LIVE! Goa police files FIR against Tarun Tejpal for attempt to rape

The Goa police registers an FIR against Tarun Tejpal in the sex assault case. The FIR mentions attempt to rape and outraging the modesty of a woman. The Goa DGP says they will arrest Tejpal if he doesn't cooperate in the probe.

A police team has gone to Delhi to interrogate Tejpal. The police are also looking at CCTV footage from the five-star hotel in Goa where the incident allegedly occurred.

Earlier, acting editor Shoma Choudhary told CNN IBN that she would not cooperate with the Goa police till the victim herself files an FIR.
