Delhi IPS officer drinks at work?

A very senior IPS officer in Delhi seems to like his drink a bit too much. The PMO is still hiccuping about news that this senior cop enjoys a tipple or two at work in his office. Lights are switched off, doors are shut and the officer downs a couple in the afternoons. This is followed by a brief nap and apparently he is so inebriated that he can barely walk upright or talk without slurring. The PM has been informed. Watch this space.
