LIVE! EC raps Rahul for ISI-riot victims speech: Be careful of what you say

The Election Commission (EC) hauls up Rahul Gandhi for saying that Pakistan's ISI was in touch with Muzaffarnagar riot victims and charged the Bharatiya Janata Party with indulging in politics of hatred.

The EC expressed displeasure and advised Rahul to be more circumspect in public utterances during poll campaigns. The EC also said that parts of his speech violated the model code of conduct. EC asks Rahul why action should not be taken against him.
