Hour after ticket sales were to begin Kyazoonga site still down
November 11, 2013  12:45
The Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA), which appointed KyaZoonga.com as the the Official Ticketing Partner for the second Test between India and West Indies, says it's website is not down.
This was the message that appeared when you logged on to the website at 10.30 am.

Server Error in '/' Application.

"A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server)"

However, little later, the website still did not open despite this message: 'Servers aren't down':  "We are using waiting room technology since inventory isn't deployed yet. Sales will begin at 11. Servers aren't down."

And now, here's what you get.

"Unable to connect
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at www.kyazoonga.com.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments."
