Pranab to become first President to deliver speech to IB officials

President Pranab Mukherjee will deliver a lecture to the top Intelligence Bureau officials in Delhi on December 18, on the occasion of Raising Day. This is the first time a president is delivering an address to IB officials, reports our Delhi correspondent.
