The BJP has failed to develop the state of Chhattisgarh. There is law and order problem in the state

Congress will not bow down to the threat posed by Naxals.

Taking a pot shot at Modi, he said that the Congress will not use bad language. It will never resort to cheap politics.

There was maximum development in the state in the last nine years of the UPA rule.
