Our Delhi correspondent reports: The BJP has created three special cells for the 2014 Lok Sabha polls. One unit will monitor speeches, movements and meetings of four former CBI directors who held office during UPA tenure, the second will keep an eye on the kin of Congress ministers who are now becoming extra constitutional authorities, while the third cell will focus on roles of IAS, IFS officers of the UPA regime. These three cells will function under a senior BJP leader in a posh bungalow in Delhi.
