Bomb threat at IIM Bangalore suspected to be hoax

A call threatening to blow up the Indian Institute of Management campus, Bangalore, has created a furor. A call made to the IIM reception threatens to blow up the premises between 1.30 pm and 2 pm today.
The police were informed who rushed to the spot and evacuated everyone from the building. A bomb disposal squad and a dog squad have been pressed into service and a thorough search of the campus is being conducted.
The management however suspects that it could be a prank, but decided not to take any chances and informed the police. -- Vicky Nanjappa
