Speaking on the BJP's consistent attack on the ruling UPA, PM Manmohan Singh said, "What else do you expect from a non-result oriented opposition"?

"There is lot of motivated criticism, sometimes there are attempts to derail us," he said.

Evading a direct reply on the likelihood of a Cabinet reshuffle, Dr Singh admitted, "There are vacancies".

He added that the government had not applied its mind on "issuing ordinances or having a special Parliament session on food security and land bills".
