SC: Won't ban IPL, spot-fixing occurs as BCCI is lackadaisical

BCCI tells the court that it has appointed Ravi Sawani to look into the irregularities in the game. The SC said spot-fixing happens as a result of the lackadaisical approach of the BCCI. "The credibility of the game should be maintained. The BCCI should adopt a rational and scientific approach," says the court.
