SC: Won't ban IPL, BCCI is lackadaisical

The Supreme Court has refused to ban IPL as a game and as a league. Pulling up BCCI, it says that the BCCI is lackadaisical, and there will be no stay on IPL 6. It said that cricket was a gentleman's game and it should remain so. The SC directs the BCCI panel to look into the irregularities and file a report in two weeks.

The BCCI tells the court that anti-graft units will accompany IPL teams.
