Indo-China presser: PM refuses to use the word incursion

The joint presser concluded without the PM using the word incursion. What the PM said on the border dispute is this: "We took stock of lessons learnt from the recent incident in the western sector. Special Representatives of India and China to consider further measures that may be needed to ensure peace and tranquility along the border."
