Raja Bhaiyya may be booked for conspiracy to murder cop

Former minister Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiyya may be booked for conspiracy to murder in the killing of DSP Ziaul Haque. The CBI says Raja Bhaiyya's call records show he knew what happened when the DSP was killed. CBI says it is not possible for the crime to have been committed without Raja Bhaiyya's knowledge or without his support.

This morning, the former ministers arrived at the CBI headquarters for questioning about his alleged role in providing shelter to his driver Sanjay Pratap Singh alias Guddu Singh who is lodged in jail in the Balipur pradhan Nanhey Yadav's murder case, sources said. He was also questioned regarding slain DSP Ziaul Haque's wife Praveen Azad's allegation that her husband was murdered at Raja Bhaiya's behest.
