Union Minister for Food KV Thomas is serious about the Food Security bill
being stalled and is keen to try the ordinance route. Jairam Ramesh is not keen on ordinace as much as he is for his pet bill on Land Reforms.

Before the UPA2 10th anniversary function, KV Thomas and Jairam Ramesh want to feel happy over these bills. If the Special Session of Parliament is to be summoned, these ministers prefer a complete debate for three days. The point is, will the Opposition oblige?
