Railway Minister Pawan Bansal has reached Rail Bhavan after two days and is reportedly clearing files. Speculation is rife that the minister may be on his way out, TV channels report.

Bansal is under fire over a bribery scandal involving his nephew, who received payments from a Railway Board officer in return for a promotion.
