Geetika suicide: Kanda charged with rape, unnatural sex

A charge sheet has been filed against former Haryana minister Gopal Goyal Kanda and his aide Aruna Chadha in the Geetika Sharma suicide case. Kanda has been charged with rape, unnatural sex and abetment to suicide. Geetika, 23, a former flight attendant of the Gopal Kanda owned MDLR Airlines, had in her suicide note accused Kanda and his employee Aruna Chaddha of harassing and forcing her to take the extreme step. She died on the night of August 4-5, 2012 at her house in Delhi's Ashok Vihar area.
