Till a few days ago, the road outside the homes of the railway minister and nephew Vijay Singla would be clogged with vehicles, much to the annoyance of neighbours who found cars blocking their entrances.Not any longer.With Singla in CBI custody for accepting an alleged bribe, the bungalows, almost adjacent to each other in Sector 28, look deserted.
