With massive 18,000 vote win in pocket, CM Shettar to quit

Chief Minister Jagadish Shettar is headed towards the Raj Bhavan in Bangalore where he will resign. Shettar who won his constituency of Hubli-Dharwad central by 18,000 votes, is the third CM of Karnataka in the past five years.
