Dy CM Eshwarappa slips to third position

BJP state chief KS Eshwarappa has slipped to the third position at the Shimoga constituency. The Deputy CM in the BJP government is trailing to both the Congress and the KJP at his constituency which he had won comfortably last time.

Meanwhile, the Congress continues to maintain the lead at the Rajajinagar constituency in which there is a battle on between Suresh Kumar of the BJP and Shobha Karandlage of the KJP. (Read: Rajajinagar: Will Suresh Kumar survive Shobha's blitz?)

B Sriramulu of the BSR Congress party continues to maintain a steady lead in Bellary rural. Karunakar Reddy of the BJP is however trailing his seat in Davangere while Renukacharya of the KJP has slipped from a comfortable lead.
