Cong will perpetuate BJP's corruption in state: HDK

H D Kumaraswamy leader of the JDS while criticising the Congress performance also maintained that he is not in any understanding with the BJP. "I blame the media for the Congress win. What has effectively happened is that the corruption initiated by the BJP, will be continued by the Congress. I respect the peoples' verdict against us. They want us to sit in opposition," he said.

Meanwhile, B Sriramulu who floated the BSR Congress party has won the Bellary rural seat. He defeated the BJP and the Congress in a one-sided battle. BS Yeddyurappa loyalist Murugesh Nirani who refused to quit the BJP is trailing.
CM Udasi who quit the BJP and joined the KJP lost his seat.
