Centre interference in CBI a worry: SC

The Supreme Court is now hearing the CBI's affidavit on the coal probe report. It's verdict is expected now. The SC adds that, "giving unbridled power to the CBI is not possible, but if there is a law in the offing to make CBI autonomous, we want pass orders." The SC categorically states that it wants an undertaking from the government to make the CBI independent.
