Gujarat police book ex-BJP MLA in cheating case

Former BJP MLA Gopaldas Bhojwani and his two sons have been booked today for cheating a city realtor with over Rs 4 crore, police said.        

"A case of cheating has been registered against Gopaldas Bhojwani and his two sons Mukesh and Naresh on the complain filed by Shaival Reality Pvt Ltd director Naresh Patel. Further investigation is going on," said Senior Inspector Ashok Pandya.        

Another director of Shaival Reality is Dr Mayur Desai, who is the son-in-law of former BJP chief minister Keshubhai Patel, who parted ways with Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi and formed the Gujarat Parivartan Party.
