CBI director aplogises unconditionally to SC for omissions
May 06, 2013  12:02
CBI director Ranjit Sinha apologises to the Supreme Court for 'inadvertent omission' in not stating that changes were in fact made in the coal probe report. "I extend my unconditional apology to the Supreme Court," says Sinha. But he says the CBI's manual is silent on whether status report can be shared. Law minister, coal ministry official and the officials from the PM's office made only minor changes, says Sinha.
