Scuffle at Tihar kills Indian prisoner, 3 others injured A prisoner has been reportedly killed in a scuffle between inmates at Delhi's Tihar Jail.

Three other prisoners have also been injured in the incident, TV reports note. The deceased prisoner is an Indian national.
