Sarabjit fallout: Pak prisoner in Jammu attacked with axe

J&K home minister says the jail superintendent of Kot Balwal jail has been suspended, while the principal secretary has been directed to conduct an enquiry. The Pakistani prisoner Sanaullah Haq is believed to have been attacked with an axe and has been severely injured on the right side of his head.

The Pakistan government has asked for consular access to the victim.
