What about security for common man: SC asks govt

The Supreme Court on Wednesday rapped the Union government over the lack of security for the common man.

"Individuals are given security but what about security of the common man," the SC asked the Centre, referring to the security provided to industrialist Mukesh Ambani.

"A five-year-old would not have been raped if there was proper security in the capital," observed the apex court.
